Aussie Millions Tournament Details
The Aussie Millions follows a very similar format each year and although the 2009 schedule is still to be announced, we present a break down of the expected events and a guide to the anticipated buy-ins. The buy-ins have remained relatively static for the last couple of years, so we do not anticipate them to increase by very much, if at all.

Satellite Entries
Local poker players have a chance to win an entry into the illustrious Aussie Millions Main Event 2009. Crown Casino has organised a three phase satellite programme which will take place during the casino's Super Poker weeks, and anybody who is close to Melbourne can take a chance at saving themselves the AUS$10 500 entry.
AUS$65 Phase 1 Satellites - single table event with 10 players. The last two players standing will win an entry into the $250 Phase 2.
Times: Mondays and Tuesdays from 12 noon; Saturdays and Sundays from 11am & Mondays to Sundays from 10am during Super Poker Weeks.
AUS$250 Phase 2 Satellites - multi-table event with one in every five players earning an entry into Phase 3.
Times: Saturdays at 12.10 & 16.10 during Super Poker Weeks; Sundays at 12.10 during Super Poker Weeks.
AUS$1150 Phase 3 Satellites - multi-tabled tournament with 1 in every 10 players receiving the AUS$10 500 entry fee into the main event of the Aussie Millions!
Times: Sundays from 16.10 during Super Poker Weeks
