German, Sebastian Ruthenburg, aka ‘Miamivice’ caused quite an upset with his maiden win at the WSOP, he had to down a number of very prominent American poker professionals including Chris Ferguson, Annie Duke and her brother, Howard Lederer! He hasn’t won any other title to date but has been doing relatively well on the European Poker Tour and the Austrian poker tournaments

Layne ‘Back-to-Back’ Flack has been playing professional poker for several years now and is one of the genuine stars of the circuit. Although he dabbled in drugs for a while until poker buddy, Daniel Negreanu, paid for his rehab, he has overcome his problem and boasts six WSOP bracelets.

Rocco has been on the pro circuit since 1997 but his victory at the WSOP is his first. He had some pretty tough competition in ‘Sugar Bear’ Barbieri, who has claimed four money finishes at the World Series of Poker to date.
